Legacy Builders
This is a ministry for our 55+ generation. You are more than welcome to join us in any of our activities. Why are we called Legacy Builders? Because our vision is to leave a vital spiritual legacy for the generations that follow us.
Visitation
We have many volunteers who visit our Evangel shut-ins offering the shut-ins friendship and loving care.
Hospital Visitation
We have trained visitors that call on the sick in Kelowna's hospital several times a week. If anyone is admitted to KGH and indicates "Pentecostal" or "Evangel" on their admission form, they will receive a visit.
Care and Share
This is a group of enthusiastic ladies who enjoy great fellowhip and encouragement while they pursue quilting and sewing projects and preparing clothes that will be sent overseas.
Emergency Prayer Chain
We have a very effective prayer chain of volunteers who pray for every shared request. Requests come from our Evangel family, community, nation and world.
Messages: 'My Last Chare and Testimony' Series
Evangel’s Legacy Builders group is blessed with a number of retired pastors and missionaries. They may be getting older but they are still vital spiritually and they responded to Pastor Eldon’s challenge “My Last Charge and Testimony” in which they shared the burden of their heart.
If this was the last time they had the opportunity to share, this was it. Enjoy!
