Will Sohnchen - Lead Pastor
Will has been part of this church for several years and in different capacities. Spending many of his formative years in Kelowna, he brings a sense of vision and direction that God has been calling into action for Evangel and the city of Kelowna.

Barry and Ramona Maurer - Children’s Ministries
Barry and Ramona joined Evangel’s team in the summer of 2006. Together they give leadership to ministry to children in grades 2-5.

Marvin Schaber - Community Children Outreach
Marvin grew up at Evangel and joined our church staff in 2001. He coordinates the Bus Ministry and outreach to children and facilitates their participation in ministry at Evangel.

Don Richmond - Community Pastor
Don has joined the staff in early 2008. He brings a wealth of experience and passion to our team as he oversees our local missionseffort in Kelowna.

Fiona Bates - Pre-School Ministries
Fiona has served Evangel’s preschoolers since 2000. She provides ministry leadership to young children aged 2 through grade 1.

Marilynne Elliott - Kid's Corner Daycare
Marilynne has been directing our Kid’s Corner Daycare for almost 15 years. She leads a team of gifted and caring individuals at one of our city’s best run daycare programs.

Chad Johnson - Young Adult & "The House" Satellite
Chad came to be a part of the Evangel team early in 2005. Chad is directly involved in ministry to our Young Adults and also oversees the student ministries of Evangel, working with our youth pastors.

Mike Lewis - Youth
Mike has been at Evangel since mid 2005 and gives leadership to the Senior High students. He is also working with a volunteer team as they bring leadership to our Jr. High students.

Marty Mittelstaedt - Music & Multimedia
Marty has been part of the Evangel team since early 2005 and provides leadership to the music, video and many other technical areas of the church.

Don McMillan - Seniors/Pastoral Care
Don has been at Evangel Church since 2003 and gives leadership to those who are reaching and have achieved retirement. He also coordinates a volunteer team of who regularly visit the sick and our shut-ins.

Irv Cordes - Administration & Missions
Irv joined the team in mid 2006 to bring organization in utilizing what God has entrusted to us in the most effective way for His glory.

Sharon Egert - Counseling
Sharon joined the team in 2005 to provide counseling and support to those in need of these services.
